GEER seeks to form partnerships with both public and private organizations with a specific interest in advancing knowledge through post-event reconnaissance, event data documentation and dissemination efforts. GEER has many informal partnerships with public and private organizations through collaborations on specific reconnaissance efforts, as well as formal organizational partnerships that represent an ongoing collaboration between GEER and the partner organization.
